We are now under 5 weeks away from the world championship and let me assure you that we are well on track with the organisation and this year will be a world class event, as we are moving into the process of applying for IOC recognition.

For all A class competitors, we have a real Beijing qualifier judging on the quality of athletes being sent so far.

I'm also happy to say that we will have all athletes staying in one hotel. We have room for 1200 participants so that means all meetings, functions, weigh in and so on will be under one roof.

We will also be doing a hospitality desk at the airport so that we can escort your delegation direct to the hotel. 

Please be reminded to assist us with the following...

1. Countries which have not sent in their team registrations, please do so ASAP.

2. If you already have our flight details, please send them so we can ensure your transfer.

3. Gala Dinner - Please let me remind you again that this is compulsory for everyone including all athletes and officials. The dining hall will not be providing dinner on that evening. Presents for every athlete and national federation will be given out at the function. We are organising a nice program, and therefore would like to have all the teams there to mingle and enjoy. There is no good bye party on the 5th this year, as we all will be celebrating His Majesty's birthday. We will charge $30 USD per person for the gala dinner which will be added to your total room bill to be paid in full before check in.

Everything else is in full preparation, AGM, EBM and King's Birthday... I can promise you it will be a fantastic event.
